Removing a payment method

Attention! Only the Owner user can manage the payment methods in a Papervee workspace. Make sure you have the necessary rights to manage payment methods.

To delete the payment methods associated with your Papervee workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Account Administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top right corner and pressing "Account Administration";

  2. Navigate to the "Payment Settings" section via the top menu;

  3. Click the "Manage" button in the "Payment Methods" section;

  4. In the billing portal, under the "Payment Methods" section, next to the desired payment method, click the "options" button (symbolised by three dots);

  5. In the modal that appears, click on "Delete";

  6. To finalise the deletion, click on the "Delete Payment Method" button”.

The default payment method cannot be deleted. Also, a workspace with an active subscription cannot be left without a payment method. If you do not find the delete button next to the payment method, refer to the article: Why can't I delete my payment method? for more information.
