Assigning a PIN code for users

To enable a user to interact with the Papervee Virtual Hub system, they need to have an assigned PIN code. Assigning PIN codes can be done by the Owner user or HR Manager users with HR Flow rights.

To assign a PIN code to a user, follow these steps:

  1. Access the “Employees” page in manager mode through the left menu.

  2. Access the desired employee's digital profile by clicking on their name or the edit button (pencil symbol).

  3. Navigate to the “Papervee Hub” section of the profile.

  4. Next to the “PIN Code - Papervee Virtual Hub” subtitle, click the “Add” button.

  5. Enter the desired PIN code or click the “Generate PIN Code” button to generate a random code. The code must contain 4 digits.

  6. Click the “Save” button to complete the PIN code entry.

A user can have multiple active PIN codes concurrently, but for better security, using a single code is recommended.

Now the user can use the newly assigned code to access the Papervee Virtual Hub interface on a synchronised device.
