To start using the Papervee Hub equipment and to register time entries with the physical device, you must first synchronize at least one timekeeping device.

Attention! If you activate the Papervee Hub module, simple digital time tracking through the web platform or the Papervee mobile app will only be available to employees with an approved teleworking request.
Synchronizing a Papervee Hub device:
To synchronize a Papervee Hub device, follow these steps:
Make sure you are logged into an account with manager rights and access to the company settings.
In the Core HR platform, go to manager mode.
Navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu.
Select Papervee Hub from the options on the left.
In the "Equipment" section, click the "Manage equipment" button.
Click the "Add equipment" button to start synchronizing a new device.
In the field that appears, enter a descriptive name for the device (e.g., Office Entrance).
To complete the synchronization, use one of the methods below:
Synchronization via QR code
Follow these instructions on the Papervee Hub tablet to synchronize the device by scanning the QR code:
Open the Papervee Hub app on an unsynchronized device.
Tap the "Synchronize with QR Code" button.
Point the front camera of the device at the QR code displayed to start the synchronization.
A success message will confirm correct synchronization. To start using the device, tap the "Main Screen" button.
Synchronization via numeric code
Follow these instructions on the Papervee Hub tablet to synchronize the device by entering the numeric code:
Open the Papervee Hub app on an unsynchronized device.
Tap the "Synchronize with Numeric Code" button.
Tap the first square field that appears and enter the numeric code displayed for synchronization.
A success message will confirm correct synchronization. To start using the device, tap the "Main Screen" button.
Now your device is synchronized and ready for card registration and time tracking.
Resynchronizing a Papervee Hub device:
If a device that is already synchronized shows synchronization options, you will need to start the resynchronization process. To resynchronize a Papervee Hub device, follow these steps:
Make sure you are logged into an account with manager rights and access to the company settings.
In the Core HR platform, go to manager mode.
Navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu.
Select Papervee Hub from the options on the left.
In the "Equipment" section, click the "Manage equipment" button.
Next to the unsynchronized device, click the "Resynchronize" button.
Follow the steps for synchronization via QR code or numeric code to complete the resynchronization.
