Advanced Filtering Possibilities:

To obtain the exact data you need, you have the option to filter based on certain parameters. Filtering can be done based on all the data listed in the table above, but options will only appear for data already entered in the report.

Operators for Text Data:

  • Contains

  • Does Not Contain

  • Is Empty

  • Is Not Empty

Operators for Numeric Data:

  • Greater Than

  • Greater Than or Equal To

  • Less Than

  • Less Than or Equal To

  • Equal To

Operators for Calendar Date Data:

  • Is After

  • Is Before

  • Is Equal To or Before

  • Is Equal To or After

When setting a filter, you have the option to link multiple properties using the “AND” or “OR” operator. A new property can be introduced in the filter by pressing the “Add a New Condition” button. Added properties can be deleted using the delete button (red trash can symbol). With the AND operator, the report will only contain users for whom each filtering statement is TRUE. With the OR operator, the report will contain users for whom at least one of the set filtering statements is TRUE.

Additionally, to set combinations of statements with different operators, you can create a new segment of statements by pressing “Add a New Segment.” Statements in a segment will use the same linking operator. An additional segment can be deleted by pressing the “Delete Segment” button.

Filters can be completely reset using the “Reset Filters” button. This will erase all segments and statements already entered.

Filters only take effect after pressing the “Apply Filters” button.
