The public documents folder is the place where documents intended for the entire company can be uploaded. A suitable example is the internal regulations. Once uploaded to the public documents folder, it will be available to all users of the workspace, even those who are added to the workspace after the document has been uploaded.

The public folder can be found by navigating to the "Document File" page and using the top horizontal menu to navigate to the "Public Documents" section.

The columns of the table indicate the date of document upload, the name of the document, and the user who uploaded the document.

Any user will have the ability to download these documents, regardless of rights or role.

Only users with the HR Manager and Owner roles have the ability to delete documents from this folder.
