This page allows you to create templates for the types of evaluations you want to assign to your employees.
Once created, these templates will be shown as active and you will be able to use them in the page "Manage evaluations" in order to assign them individual or to a team of employees.
To create a template, from this page, press "Create evaluation template" on the right corner. In the shown interface you will find 4 sections to fill out.
Create evaluation type- here you can name the type of evaluation and add a description
Involved stakeholders- these represent the persons involved in conducting the evaluation. Based on your preferences, you can choose one or more options from the shown ones:
Self-evaluation- participants will conduct their own evaluation;
Manager evaluation-the employee's managers will conduct the evaluation;
Peer evaluation-peers of the employee will conduct the evaluation;
External evaluation-other people will evaluate the employee.
3. Objectives settings- here you can choose if in the evaluation there will be also objectives evaluated. You can choose from the already active objectives or create new objectives to which this evaluation should contribute.
4. Questions- here you can configure questions the employee will be evaluated on. These questions can be divided into categories. Besides the questions from the evaluation, if you want the manager to be able to also ask other specific questions, check the relevant box.
After filling out the above sections, press "Save evaluation template" to save the template, press "Save modifications" if you want to continue later editing the sections of the evaluation, or "Discard" if you want to delete all current modifications.
After creating the template for an evaluation type, it will be shown in the list of created templates. In this list you will be able to activate the template so that you can assign an evaluation, you will be able to visualise the details of the evaluation type by scrolling right, or you could archive the created template.
