The settings in this page allow you to use other company data than the one used when creating the account, for different groups of users. Employee documents will be generated using the company data set for the group they belong to.

To activate this setting, follow the steps below:

  • Access "Settings" from the left menu;

  • Access "Organization settings" from the top menu;

  • Navigate to the group of users you wish to use other company data and click on the goup's name;

  • Access "Company" from the right menu;

  • Activate "Use other company data for this group";

  • Add the company data in the displayed fields;

  • Press "Save changes" on the top right corner.
