As the Owner role is unique within the workspace, and there are functionalities that only the Owner can access, there may be valid reasons for transferring this role to another user.
Only the Owner can transfer this role to another user. Follow the steps below to transfer the Owner role:
Navigate to the "Users" section from the menu on the left
Select the user with the Owner role at the moment of the transfer
Click on "Change Owner" from the "System Data" menu
Choose the user you want to transfer the role to from the drop down list
Click on "Change Owner"
Click "Yes" if you want to go on with the transfer, or "No" if you are not sure about the change
