Resending an invitation to an inactive user

If a user does not accept the invitation to create their account within 48 hours of sending the invitation, it will expire. A user with the necessary rights (Owner or HR Manager with the "Access to company settings" rights set) can resend the invitation.

To resend the invitation, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Account Administration" area by clicking the navigation button in the top-right corner and pressing "Account Administration";

  2. Navigate to the "Users" section via the top menu;

  3. Next to the user in question, press the "Resend Invitation" button.

After pressing the button, you will see a confirmation message on the Papervee platform. The user in question will receive a new invitation email and will need to accept the invitation within the next 48 hours.
