This page offers detailed information regarding already assigned evaluations, but also allows you to assign new evaluations.
By accessing the top menu, you will be shown 3 sections:
Active evaluations
Completed evaluations
Archived evaluations
Each one of these sections allows you to search after a certain evaluation by adding a text in the search bar, or filter the search based on the status of the evaluation, the type of the evaluation or the involved team.
If the status of the evaluation is "Unstarted", press "See evaluation" on the right and in the displayed interface you will be able to still make certain modifications regarding the settings of the respective evaluation. After making all the necessary modifications, press "Lock". Evaluations with this status also allow you to modify the start date and/or the end date. To do this slide right on the evaluation you want to modify, press the 3 points and then "Edit". After you edited, press "Modify evaluation".
If the status of the evaluatio is "In progress", press "See evaluation" on the right and in this interface you will not be able to still make certain modifications regarding the settings of the respective evaluation, but you will be able to access the section "Results".
Regardless of the status of an evaluation, you will be able to archive or delete an evaluation. To do this, slide right on the evaluation you want to archive/delete and select one of these options.
To assign an evaluation:
press "Assign evaluation from the "Manage evaluations" interface;
name the evaluation;
select the type of the evaluation from the list;
Attention! Evaluations must be created beforehand in the "Evaluations templates". For more details on how to create an evaluation template press here.
choose if the evaluation will be assigned to an individual or to a team;
Attention! Teams must be created beforehand in the "Teams" interface. For more details on how to create teams press here.
select the employee or the team;
define the start date and the end date;
press "Assign evaluation".
